My belly button smells TERRIBLE?

My belly button smells horrible, it smells like manure (And yes I do clean it x_x, It doesn't help) and if I poke the inside it make the weirdest feeling, its like really nauseating and ticklish at the same time It has to be the most irritating feeling I've ever had, it feels like someone's poking your stomach lining except it doesn't hurt at all. I have no idea what it is do you?

I have heard so many people talk about this, and it is just because the belly button is a place that is dark and damp and gets smelly from this overnite.  It's totally normal.  Even kids have stinky belly buttons, just ask them.  Yuck !!  Just keep washing with soap and water when you shower or bath.  And you aren't the first person to think that wiggling a finger inside of it feels weird.  I feel the same way...
