I have minimal time to excercise, and when i do exercise, I only have time for the treadmill and maybe some ab exercises. SORRY for the bad pic (my mirror needs cleaning and the pic was taken at a weird angle) btu as you can see my belly button is wrinkled together and belly looks like an a$$!!!
