My best friend and I are going travelling....?

and i really wanna get her a really good gift (up to £50) for her bday, something that we can take with us and will help her ot, i've been thinking about hammocks, water filter bottles, mosquito and bed bug sleeping bags...but what would be the BEST gift? We're going to australia by the way, for perhaps up to a year!

The first time I went traveling with my friend, my friend got me a journal for me to write down what I did on my trip!  It was a lovely one too, had a picture of the Eiffel Tower on it, which was one of the many things we saw when we went together.

I gave her a money/passport holder for her that she could wear to orgainse and have it on her so it wouldnt be stolen.

So those are some good ideas.

I personally think a Journal is a great idea. Get one where it has quotes about traveling from famous people. It had it on mine plus it had that cool photo of Paris on it.  She will be able to keep her memories in there, and you can both write in it too.  She could write something and then you respond to her.

hi There,Last year,i was as same as you,my friend,has a bday too..... The best thing to known is found out what she likes.For example,my friend likes hello kitty,so i buy her hello kitty.... But remember,dont tell her thet you are going to give her a present.....Good Luck!!
