My best friend hates herself how can i help?

My best friend hates herself but finds it completely normal and she says that there is nothing at all that is good about her but i think she is the most amazing girl i know how can i help her realize that she has got to strop because she truly doesn't need to treat herself like this

Share heart to heart talks with her and encourage her to realize how much she has going for her. Lack of self esteem can be devastating for a person. Take the time and point out what is good about her and she will soon realize she is a good person with a lot to offer

i have a friend exactly like that!  She really jealous of me and i hate it!  what i did was show her something i couldn't do that she could, and she felt really good!
