My best friend is ignoring me?

Me "best friend" has been ignoring me for a little while now. she was my best friend all 8th grade until the very end she started just making fun of me, but still wanted to be around me. we went to a camp together with another friend and she completely blew me of and left me as the third wheel. if we are alone its fine we are like best friends, but if we are with other people she blows me off. i didnt see her all summer and the first day she gets back from arizone she says nothing to me and i go home crying. i did NOTHING to her. what should i do?

you should not call her your best friend. i know it's tempting because of the way she acts when you're alone, but its really shady that she would completely change around other people.

if you really want to stay friends with her, starting hanging out more with a different group of friends seperately from her, and when you hang out with her, only hang out when you two are alone.

Seriously this girl isn't worth being friends with. Just make new friends, you are in high school now and you will be able to make new friends easily.

Ask her why she ignores you. You know people change and maybe she wanted to be with the other girl cuz in her eyes shes cool and that new friend will take her to new places. So yeah ask her wats up...

Aw, hun. The joys of highschool are beginning for you!! Sounds like your 'best friend' is under some peer pressure on who to like and what to do to be 'cool'. I'd say be friends with her, but not be best friends. You're waaaaaay better than that. Don't take it personally too. It's your friend's problem and NOT yours.

...and that's why I HATED highschool... one day she's a friend, the next day she isn't. Take a deep breath... it's another 4 years of this! Good luck!!
