My best friend knows i like him what do i do?

i am in middle school here is the story:

my friend and i were sitting on the bleachers in gym because we got out and lance was sitting on the bleachers on the other side of the room. my friend said HEY LANCE DO YOU LIKE SUBIE? and he said ew than she yelled SHE TOTALLY LIKES YOU!! and he was like whoa. he lies alot about that stuff and gets nervous but i couldnt tell. he is one of my good friends and I'm freaking out. does he like me back does he hate me? Is he mad, freaked out, or happy?

he flirts with me all the time and i think he likes me back but know I'm not sure. i still want to be friends with him. during gym he acted weird. he was always behind or next to me he almost sat next to me every time we got out a and he kept throwing balls at people trying to hit me (we played dodge ball). But he never said a word to me since. I'm really freaked out and more conerned about our friendship than if he like me or not. What should i do i don't see him until tuesday

Relax, be yourself, smile at him, make eye contact and say hello.  Stop telling your friends who you like.
