My beta fish eats all his food within 5 mins, should i feed him twice a day?

I tend to feed my fish two times a day. If he eats the amount you give him quickly, then sure. ^^ It means he is hungry enough to do so. However, if you see him start leaving behind pellets, it means you are over-feeding him and will have to lower the amount you feed him every day.

I work in a pet store and we usually tell our customers to only feed the beta fish once or twice a week becuase they are the type of fish that will eat constanly.  I mean you could feed once a day and that should be plenty only a pinch.

My fish are complete chow-hounds! They will beg for their food as soon as they see me by the tank. I feed my fish once in the morning and once before I go to bed.

i feed my betta fishes each 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 in the night. sometimes i feed them 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. on my betta fish food directions, it says to feed it 1-3 pellets 2ice or 3 times daily.

i feed all 3 of mine 2wice but i heard they forget everything every 10 to 1 min dont know if it is true
