1. im going to give you an info about what i did in order for my betta to sleep like baby lol, i researched in the net about betta and learned that dried banana leaves are great to put in the aquarium, i was confused so i did get some dried banana leaves and placed it into the aquarium and i found something interesting, dried banana leaves floats in the water i mean semi float and my betta likes to sleep on top of the banana leaves the reason for this is that they can easily get air, the down side of dried banana leaves is that it discolors the water so i did some ingenuous solution for that, instead of a dried banana leaves i put a plastic folder that semi floats (so you need to do something in order for it to stay that way and it should not move) in the water and only to find out i made a bed for my betta, they always sleep in there and as if there sunbathing lol they are like babies when they do that.. hope it can help you find a way to help your betta.

  2. its normal al four of mine do that and there just fine

  3. dear lord, talk about scaremongering!!!

i wouldn't pay too much attention to oscar lover- he seems a bit too panicky for my liking :s

if he's not showing any symptoms of stress or disease, he should be absolutely fine! if you're worried, just keep a close eye on him for a while, and if anything else comes to your attention, well... you know where we are :)

  4. No A Fish Should Never Do That I Think Its Called Dropsy U Need To Get That Checked
