he needs to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic. my bf had this I cant remeber what they called it but they gave him antibiotic and pain pills. Takes about a week for things to get back to normal.

When was the last time you 2 had s*x? Have you gotten him all worked up and then turned him down have maybe you hit him in the balls by accident. Could he have lifted some weight wrong and caused this pain could be a number of things that might be causing it. Even if you have s*x normal way or oral it is still going to hurt for a little while and then it will subside it wil take a little time. Try and get him into a Doc and comfort him as much as you can. It might even need a little TLC. Do your best.
