Stop whacking it without lube so much.  Use astroglide or baby oil.

Go to the doctor. I guess you don't have to go to the ER, just schedule an appointment or something. I don't know really, but the way you make it sound, it could be infected.

If it is swollen, then that is a sign of infection.

See a doc.

Um, it really depends on how deep he cut it.

If it's just a thin scratch or cut, don't worry. It won't block his urethra or cause a scar.

But if the cut is pretty deep, he might want to seek medical attention before it heals and creates a scar that will possibly cause scar tissue over part of the Urethra.

I can't really tell you how deep is too deep. But the p***s doesn't seem like it has a good amount of tissue, so unless it isn't more than a light slice/ scratch I'd suggest the doctor.
