I know it does sound horrible, but maybe the other guys here are right.

I think you should give him a BJ, if he doesn't ejaculate to that then i have no idea. Im on your side, not just some prevertive @ss hole. And he really is taking that long, you can give your mouth a rest and just use your hand, but the key is to not stop the stimulation NO MATTER WHAT! trust me, if this doesn't work, then i don't know if anything will.

Oh yeah, make sure he is as comfortable as can be. If he is in a bad position, or not relaxed then it won't work. And tell him not to think about cumming, just to lie back and enjoy. The best thing you can do is help him NOT to worry about it.

If / when you have s*x with him make sure it is very relaxed and in a safe, comfortable place and that you have LOTS of time to enjoy it.

He needs to trust his body and not think too much... he needs to go with what he feels even if he finds it strange.  He needs to overcome all feelings of embarrassment. For some guys c#mming the first time can be as embarrassing as urinating in front of someone else. They think of it as a very private thing and fear embarrassing themselves.

Help him by being really uninhibited yourself.  In other words let him see that YOU are totally relaxed and not embarrassed by anything that happens during s*x.  Make sure he knows that it's ok to 'make a mess'. The more relaxed you are the more relaxed he will be and he just might 'let go'.
