I wish I could figure out exactly what your question is.  He is a Felon.  He didn't show in Court.  Maybe he should spend his time in jail getting an education.  He will probably have enough to get his Masters at least.

He violated his parole or probation?  He may have to finish the rest of his sentence.  If he committed new crimes then he would have to go to court from the beginning on those.
