My bf likes to tease me when i say i love you...he says he loves me more....what is a good comeback for that?

Agree with him and pat him on the arm, all motherly and condescending.

Then say the following...

"Of course you do.  My love is of such higher quality than yours that you have to if you want to catch up.  Just keep trying, honey."  Just make sure you are smiling the whole time.

When I tell my gf I love her she says the same thing as your bf.  So either say prove it or How could you not?  The best to say is how about we love each other equally!
