haha its unlikely since the average p***s size is around 6" (cant remember if it is just over or just under) but 7 1/2" is large for a grown man but for a 13yr old who should still be starting puberty thats unimaginable and for the person that said blac men are larger tthan white men a recent study showed that white men have the largest penisis with blacks in second by like an average of 1/4--1/2 of an inch (and ya asians in last)

He may be lying, I know a guy who lied to me about his being big because he thought it would impress me. I'm sure that's what your boyfriend is trying to do as well. But don't listen to some of the "advice" on here, telling you to look at it for yourself. You're still young and if he mentions it again, ignore him.
