My bff treats me like a piece of c**p...and there is 3 of us and te leader treats me bad and my other friend........she seems to get mad at me just because te other girl is mad at me what do i do i mean we don't speak to each other but we r still bff. i mean it seems stupid i know. And another question.....what do i do if that same friend ssomethinghing about another kid and denies it when i tell and she never said it was a secret!!! She ALWAYS DOES THAT but i cant stay mad at her cuz we like sisters and our moms OMG they r totally tight

firstly, why are you still bff's with her if she treats you like a piece of c**p?  You should tell her you've had enough and just want to be friends if this carries on happening.  And friendship groups shouldn't have leaders, they should just be where everyone is friends with everyone.  Ok some might be slightly more powerful than others, but that doesn't mean they should control everyone!!  Don't be like that other girl who follows the lead.  she won't have her own opinion and looks to for other people always.  maybe it's time to find new friends.
