  1. If the television is a rear projection it may be a lamp that has gone out or is about to go. If you dont have a rear projection then consult your users manual (on manufactuers website)

  2. My HDTV power light blinks if it has no signal. If the antenna is detached or the cable is disconnected, the power light, which is green, blinks. If the unit is OFF, the power light is a steady dim yellow. If there is a signal at the antenna terminals, then the power light blinks a few times on startup when it turns on and then stays steady. If it continues to blink, all it means for my set is there is no signal to receive and display. This only applies to the tuner. If I have it set to any of the A/V connections for input and nothing is there, it displays a blue screen with a moving screen saver block saying it has no signal. I only get the blinking green when it is on and the TV tuner has no signal at the antenna terminal.

  3. Same thing happened to my 65" mitsubishi. I called their customer service and they sent me a compact flash to update the software. I'm not sure why it was flashing but the upgrade got rid of it.

Try calling the manufacturers customer/tech service.

  4. You are not saying what light is blinking. It could be the power light, or it could be a light (If it is a HI-DEF tv) showing that the hdmi cable is working
