My bill validaters keep getting manipulated. Does anyone know exactly how they are doing it?

Okay so I own these amusement only gaming machines Silver Bars to be exact. So a few months ago some of my bill acceptors suffered from electric shock and quit working. Well now my machine read outs are telling me that some how they are receiving or taking in a thousand dollars at a time and then being cashed out. I am losing money. So I know who's doing this and i want to do it back to their machines because they own the same kind you know get a little of my money back since legally I can't do anything to them. I anyone out there knows how they are doing this please help me I know that they are not phishing the money because bill acceptors have a cutter in them now which cuts any strings

The first thing you need to do is get the machines checked.  It sounds like they're malfunctioning.  If the machines are actually losing money, check for any bios updates or other software fixes.  Do you have any CCTV at work.  If not, you should.  Can you position a camera to see what might be happening?  And are you sure you know who's doing it?  You say they're stealing but can't do anything legally.  You should be able to prosecute people who steal from your machines.  It just sounds like you're missing a lot of things that you can do to stop this situation.
