  1. The easiest way and it's sad to say but get another bird. Go in with new expectations because the new bird might not meet the expectations of the old bird nor erase the memory of the old one. It should help fill some of the void and distract you from how you feel until you feel better.

  2. Well my just grandma died its not really close to a bird but ill tell you how to get though it.

Step 1. Just breath. If you think of how great of a bird it was and think of the great memories you and your bird had.

Step 2. Some people skip this step, some do it other ways. Cry. You may feel like youll never be able to get though it and you will. When my grandma cried i cry for 2 hours. After i cried i felt better. Some other people get a spoon and some ice cream.

Step 3. Say goodbye. What done is done. You loved the bird and you want it to know you love it.

You may or may not get a new bird, or other animal.

  3. Well, the easy out is to get a new bird. A more complex way of getting out is when you think of what other people go through.

       Example: Your bird died.

                         "Insert name here"'s grandma died.

There are worst things that could happen. You could be in love with someone, and at the same time, you're denying it, feeling pain that they don't love you, feeling anger that they don't like you back, feeling nervous whenever they are around you, feeling empty because your life is not full of love as you had hoped.

Or I could start by asking this... what was the bird's name?

  4. just wait. time is the best medicine for a broken heart. my bird died last year and im okay now. i still miss her dearly but there isnt anything i can do but not foget her. i know it hurts but take as much time as you need. there is nothing wrong with mourning over a lost pet. your pet is part of your family after all. hope this helped. i hope you cheer up soon.

  5. try not to think about your bird. think of other things like family or school( if you still go to school) or tests or relationships. try to keep your mind off of your bird and then time will heal the wound that your bird has left. so in other words you will forget.

  6. get a new 1 nd pretend like dats the same 1 it's gonna be ok trust me it's in a better place
