  1. Your bird obviously has been a bit kinky lately. keep it away from other birds and your uncle and the white sticky stuff will magically disappear

  2. Birdy Dandruff??

Try googling it or just calling the vet

  3. Possibly Dandruff

  4. sperm. lol jk :]

  5. If you mean the white film surrounding new feathers this is a keratin sheath that is perfectly normal.  New feathers are encased in keratin while they're forming.  As the feather becomes fully grown, the bird will start to pick off the keratin (or it will ultimately crumble on its own) and the feather will unfurl.  If your bird will let you, you can help with this by *gently* rolling the feather between your fingers.  But do be careful as sometimes this can be a little sensitive.

  6. It's new feathers trying to grow in... I forget the name of those things... Usually in the wild a bird will have other birds get this stuff of of him. But he can't reach the top of his head if he's alone... Basically all you have to do is pinch these white tubular things with your finger nails, then rub them off his head and he'll be fine.
