  1. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE PUT A MALE IN THE CAGE NOW YOU WILL SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!!

if the birds are cockatiels/cockatoos leave the male in but with a different spieces i think you should remove him. if the female egg binds (doesn't let the egg past) call a vet you hve less then an hour before she passes away. If the female reject the eggs or will not sit on them after the fourth egg buy an incubater and incubate them and turn them about 4-6 times aday. The eggs should hatch in 10 days or was it 21...... To tell if they are infirtile at about 5 days take a very bright light underneath them and if you see a red "spiderweb" inside they are alive. If not they are infirtile. Wait a couple days then check the infirtile ones again. If still nothing throw them away. If the parents reject or plucks it's feathers of the baby birds you will have to hand raise them. You will have to incubate them and feed them every two hours, they should be fine through the night the night though. You should feed them formula from a pet store.. follow the directions of feeding and preparing. If there is extra formula form the feeding discard it. Don't use it again.

    Research more on the computer......

  2. What kind of bird? Where did she lay the eggs? Just because there is a male in the cage doesn't mean that they will sit and hatch the eggs. You need to post enough information instead of just posting 'bird'. There are thousands and thousands of kind of 'birds'.

  3. I agree, you should let the mother take care of the eggs, she knows what to do. Put the male in a different cage, and if something strange happens ask your local vet what to do.

  4. If you end up incubating them and they hatch, DO NOT TAKE THEM OUT UNTIL THEY ARE COMPLETELY DRY!!!!!!!!!!! They'll literally freeze to death'

  5. I suggest not to take care of the eggs of yourself, leave the hatching to the momma. Then if you want the babies to be hand tamed, then take care of them yourself but make sure you know how to do this,or if you don't then don't take care of the babies.
