  1. That bird thinks that toy is her mate.  If it is a mirror, she is simply trying to feed her reflection, which she thinks is another bird.  When she starts doing that, rotate the toys and remove that particular toy.  Make sure that you don't give her longer days of "spring" which is breeding season because she will be looking for a mate.

  2. its madly in love with the toy.it is trying to feed the toy .u might want to get rid of that toy.this also means its time to mate.

  3. she tims the toy is her baby or her breeding mate

  4. About time to separate the lovebird from that toy -- it will be hard since the lovebird is madly in love with that toy, and expect some violent reactions, but you can't let this habit go on further. This behavior is sort of a mating ritual, and the lovebird's thoughts when regurgitating on the toy are "I want to have s*x with this thing". The bird will eventually become obsessed with the toy and not come to you or divert attention from the toy, which is disastrous.

In fact, too strong a bond is not good to anyone (even the owner), because times will come when the bird is required to be a bit flexible (e.g. when you aren't around) -- so it's always recommended that a bird is well socialized with as many people and surroundings as possible so it doesn't overbond to one person or thing; and in this case, your lovebird is overbonded to its toy.

Research, research, research as much as you can. Google "overbonding in pet parrots" and find as many books as you can on pet bird behavior. The solution to your bird's problem is too long and complicated to type right now in a single answer, but hard researching will gradually show you what to do, so DO it.
