My birds new and all she does in her cage is just sit there, never plays with toys anythin, what should i do?

She'll come around it just takes time

If she's new then she's still getting used to her environment. She'll be nervous and won't know if she's safe or not, so she'll play it safe and just sit there keeping an eye out for trouble. It will take her a week or two before she gets used to her surroundings and feels comfortable to start to enjoy herself. For the first week that you have her, make sure she gets most of her time alone so that she can get used to the place before she gets used to the people in it.

If shes brand new, it will take awhile for her to get used to her new home. And do not put stress on her because she will start to pull feathers out. You can also maybe read on the internet about the kind of bird you have.
