  1. Whatever you were looking at had to be a blanked out copy.  Get a new certified copy from your country register of vital statistics.

  2. "My birth certificate doesn't have my name on it?"

    Sorry, but that's BS!

No Birth Certificate is issued "blank".

I guess you're an illegal alien!

  3. lol! you got them fooled, didncha?

  4. In what city were you born? On what date of the year were you born. Did the person who delivered you file a birth certificate with the office of vital statistics in your city? If you have a copy without a name go to the office of vital statistics and give them your name which you want added to your official certificate.

  5. Contact the department of records in the city where you were born.  You do not have a valid birth certificate.  They will give you an official certificate of birth...for around $15.00

  6. Write to your state capital's department of records and ask for a new one to be issued. If you were born in the USA a record exists and you can get a complete legal birth certificate

  7. your going to have to go to the county of birth and seek a health department in the county they will give you forms and now a days they can run it from their office, it will cost a small fee and take some id

  8. You need to get a new copy. Apparently that was has been forged.

  9. Go back to Mexico... pay your fine... and try to re-enter legally...

And tell the guy that printed it up for you that you want a refund...
