Some quick info to help you... Each "bhukti" or sub-period within the Jupiter (guru) will be distinctly different. First figure out the overall tenor of the jupiter periods by understanding which houses Jupiter rules, and his disposition and nature in your janma kundli (natal chart)

Then understand the nature of Jupiter's transit at the moment the dash began/begins. This will strongly affect the nature of his period.

To understand each bhukti or sub-period, understand the nature of each bhukti planet and it's relationship and relative house position with Jupiter.
