We both love rollercoasters! And we are turning 12 and we are both tall enough to go on every ride! We are planning to take a couple friends, we know the cost is high but we're able to pay for that (we as in my dad). It's an hour away from my area and I wanted to know if it is a good idea to go there for my b-day and if it's fun, if the price is worth it, and what we could do on our way to Six Flags. My friends like rollercoasters too and my sister and I will go on any coaster. 10 points for best answer!

  1. Have a a great time! And Happy Early Birthday!

  2. Yes that is a great idea.  Six Flags Magic Mountain has some of the best roller coasters in the world.  I've been there 6 times and plan to go again this summer.   I'm also turning 12 and tall enough to go on all the rides.  Some Great roller coasters you have to go on are,

X2.  You go up 175 feet high, then go down 215 feet vertical and do loops and turns at 76 mph while your seat is flipping upside down the whole time.

Tatsu.  My favorite roller coaster.  You are flying, so your seat is below the track and you are facing the ground the whole time.  You go up 170 feet go down 111 feet at only 62 mph but you do flips and very quick turns and at the end you go up 124 feet and do a Huge frontflip on your back with so much g force they had to add a little trim brake at the bottom so it wouldn't kill you.  But it is Very safe and also really smooth.

Goliath.  Go up 235 feet to go down 255 feet underground at 85 mph.  At the end of the ride you have so much force people black out until the ende of the ride.  Again very safe and smooth.

Riddler's Revenge.  Stand up and go down 154 feet at 65 mph going through 6 forceful loops.

Scream!  There is no floor as you go upside down 7 times at 63 mph with a 150 foot drop.

Batman The Ride.  This ride is only 105 feet high.  Only 50 mph.  And only 5 loops.  But they make the loops a certain way so you do them VERY quickly with so much force.  You do very tight turns and compact loops that you feel like your going 100 mph.  Very smooth.

Those Are the very Good, Smooth, and Popular Rides.  Here are the pretty rough but still good ones.

Deja Vu.  2nd scariest ride in the park in my opinion.  X2 being the scariest.  What you do is go up 191 feet with your feet dangling, then once you are at the top of the 191 feet vertical going up backwards you go straight down at 65 mph, zoom through the station, go upside down 3 times through huge loops, then go back up 191 feet vertical and do the whole ride again backwards.  Unfortinately this ride is closed a lot.

Viper.  Go down 170 feet at 70 mph through 7 loops on a rough track.

Superman The Escape.  Many people skip this one but I think you should ride it.  You launch out of the station at 100 mph and go up 415 feet where you hang there for 6 seconds and get zero gravity.  You are out of youyr seat nothing is around you.  Then when its time to go back down you do backwards back through the station.  People skip it because its only 27 secxonds long but I think the ride gives you a great feeling.

Colossus.  Horrible wooden coaster with a very rough 115 foot drop at 62 mph.

Revolution.  First looping roller coaster in the world with a pretty rough 80 foot drop at 55 mph.

Ninja.  Fun suspended roller coaster where yoyr car swings on sharp turns.  Little rough at 55 mph with a 60 foot drop.

Gold Rusher.  Rough mine train through the woods at 35 mph.

Canyon Blaster.  Kiddie coaster in the kiddie area.  16 feet high.

  3. go to Disneyland!

  4. I would spend my birthday riding roller coasters every year if I could. Go and you two have a great time. Be sure to buy some of the photos of the two of you on the rides, you will treasure that moment forever. My son turns 16 on the 11th and we plan to go to SF Great Adventure that evening for his birthday with a few of his friends.
