  3. Well, if you are 25 and have never been to Hooters, GO FOR IT. Most guys go to Hooters as soon as they turn 18.Very Expensive. You are paying for the walking pictures. Happy Birthday!

Hooters sounds like an excellent place, good beer, good girls (of course) and I personally love the buffalo wings, watch a few ESPN or NFL Replay games have a nice time and enjoying, the view, also be sure that if your friends or family tell the girls that its your birthday be ready for a show comming to you (personal experience)
