Relish Restaurant & Lounge, Nelson Street in Vancouver. Great drink menu (try the his&hers martinis), really great food menu with various styles of food (try the wonton stacks and the seafood hotpot), while still being able to do a great burger and steak. They have both a restaurant and a lounge, and are great at accomodating larger groups (something I cannot say enough about). Plus their location is great if you want to go dancing aftewards, only two blocks away from Granville Street. We did a friend's Birthday last week at Sanafir located at 1026 Granville St. About 20 of us attended and we got a semi private area upstairs. We had a blast! The service was superb and friendly, the food was tapas style and great for sharing (and good too) and the buzz in the place was amazing for a Wednesday night. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Oh yeah, and Happy Birthday BTW!
