My black moor goldfish...?

I have had this one black moor goldfish for about a year now and it almost seems like he is getting smaller instead of bigger. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. Unfortunately it is not a good thing. It is usually due to an internal parasite problem. There is medicated food you can buy though. That should help.
