My blackberry's bluetooth isn't working properly?

Question

i have a blackberry edge and when i try to recieve ringtones from people via bluetooth it says connection unavailable or bluetooth busy...i CAN send people my adress book though...i did that by accident :) ...but i can not recieve things...i do not know what is wrong cause i can pair with them...i just can't connect...could it be because blackberry+motorola= NO BLUETOOTH where as motorola+motorola=BLUETOOTH?

PLEASE HELP ME!

alright my friend has a blackberry pearl, and ihave a samsung balackjack. it wont let us send eachother' songs because the brands don't work together. i called multiple times; there's nothing that you can do.
