My blood group is B Neg While my wife's blood group is B pos. Will this difference in blood groups affect my baby.

pregenent chances is there? advice me. we are newley married couple.

If your baby has B negative, it could possibly have problems. Sometimes no problems come up at all.  Two of mine had no problems, one had mild problem. You should discuss this with your physician and get dependable advice.
