    Blood pressure is categorized as normal, high normal, mild, moderate, severe, and very severe. Normal pressure is from 110/70 to 130/85. High normal is considered to be 130-139/85-89 and hypertension is 140/90 or above. Any pressure over 180/115 is severely elevated

  3. Your blood pressure is within normal range.

    The normal blood pressure is 90-120/60-90. 130 is called pre-hypertension. If you reach this blood pressure, you have to do lifestyle modifications (quit smoking if you do, eat less fatty and/or salty foods, exercise).
