  1. Wow that is very low and I'm suprised you didn't. If the 60/40 was an accurate result i would definately see your doctor. There could be a number of things wrong, or that affected your blood pressure during that time. For a full analysis, doctor is the way to go. Other option is hope there was an error in the 60/40 and try the run again, but this could be dangerous.


  2. I would talk to your doctor. It could be that you just were not breathing well enough to get oxygen, but exercise is suppose to increase your heart rate. This is a big decrease. I am really surprised that you did not pass out with a blood pressure this low.
