My blood type is A+ my furture wife is A-?

My blood type is A+ my furture wife is A- ..question is..?

should we have any concerns on having a baby? based on those blood types?

She had two babies on is 22 and another is 16....she is 41 now.....

She will have to probably take the Rhogam shot before and possibly after birth, because she is - & your are +.

But she is older so the general pregnancy risks to her &your baby are a fair bit higher.

Since you are RH+ and she is RH-, she'll have to take the Rhogam shot before and possibly after birth.
