My blue guramis fin is red? please help?

Hey all,

Today i looked at my blue gurami and saw that the beginning part of her swimmer fin is a bit reddish...It doesn't look normal.....Is this normal or something to be concerned about?

yes it sounds like she has internal bacteria infection basically an open sore (ulcers) easily treated with a anti internal bacteria treatment made by interpet 2 dose treatment day 1 then day 4 then on day 7 do a 30% water change hope this helps u out and good luck
