My bluetooth won`t work?

i can send images from computer to phone.when i try to send from phone to computer, phone says connecting fail.

well, there a authorisation error in this case, ur computer is not accepting any incoming files from bluetooth devices, chk ur bluetooth setting on computer, right click ur phone in pc windows go setting, chk authorise device.

which phone you have may be useful.

it cant be a nokia n95 though because thats a perfect phone i use which encouters no problems bluetooth-wise at all

Have you paired your bluetooth device with your phone yet?

you didn't say what kind of either you had, which might help. Check all your connections, paring, etc. Check your instruction book, there may be something blocking it, such as firewall, internet connection permission, program to receive it may not be programmed to receive it. I know, no easy answer

My bluetooth hasn't worked on my Sidekick 3 since I got it . . . when I connect with another device and try to send pictures to it, it says "unsupported media type" . . . and I can't bluetooth anything from it to another device. *bangs head into wall* Yours isn't a Sidekick by any chance is it? Lol

You might chat with your service provider. Also I think some phones have a bluetooth timeout, maybe to save battery life.
