My bmx bike seat is to high, any tips on making it as low as possible?

Where would I find thoes strips that make a circle and like tie off that some people use to tie linear brake cables to the frame

1. get out your wrench set, or allen keys

2. find appropriate sized tool

3. loosen seat post clamp ("left-loose")

4. lower seat post

5. tighten seat post clap ("right-tight")

6. (optional) if you have a quick release seat post clamp, skip 1 & 2, flip open QR, and resume at 3.

as to your second question, zip-ties can be purchased at your local hardware store. most commonly found in the electrical department. or you can get cable ties at your LBS.

how bout cut the seat post pipe so it can go lowwer until it stops at the bottom of the frame.
