Well its kinda hard to explain it but it feels like I have to stretch all the time because my body feels really cramped.I've had this for like a week or maybe a bit less.I don't know if its because I haven't been sleeping well(My sleeping cycle is kinda messed) I usually don't go to sleep till like 5:30 and then wake up later in the afternoon.And it really annoys me because when I'm sitting or sleeping it gets annoying cause I constantly have to "stretch"Is there anything I can do to make this go away?
