i gained 10 pounds ever since i became a vegetarian in april this year(now its august)
i worked out adaqueatley, and either way i hardly gain weight when i dont work out for a while its mostly ill get weaker.
i gave up meat for philosophical reasons, but if its gonna hurt my body, i dont know if its worth it.
usually i eat fruit, and veggies but i only go groceries once a week so the fruit doesnt last me the whole time, so usally i end up eating a lot of bread chese and little vegetables. is the excess in carbs whats killing me?
PLEASE HELP!
