Don't know of a "medicine", but my ex-wifes cooking was sure to make you vomit. I'll send you some recipes if you like.

if ya were with me and needed to puke but couldn't get it up..... 'Id  open the syrup of ipecac .... mix a table spoon in some orange juice to hide the taste (its sickly sweet) and probably in 5 minutes you'd start to feel the nausea building.... and if not sooner ... within 15 minutes even if you tried youd not be able to hold it back......... drop me a line if you need to chat about this.... or other ways....
