Hi guys and girls, It's been 5 months since I started excercising in the gym and eat healthy food. MY BODY SHAPE looks good to people who see me but when I weight it's still between 97 kilograms and 95 kilograms. I'm so stress about these results.

Any help please>>>

  1. you are gaining muscle and losing flabby fat. keep it up and you will start to lose weight.

  2. When you consistently exercise, you're body stores more water in your muscles to have it ready for activity. It takes water molecules, after all, to complete the chemical reactions in your body that convert glycogen stores into the energy that makes you move. Additionally, I'm sure you are familiar with the fact that muscle is heavier than fat. It is much more dense, so it takes up less physical space. With your increase in muscle mass comes even more water stored with it. So your body shape has changed, but the weight you've lost in fat is balanced by water and muscle. Rather than worry about your weight, you could try keeping track of measurements of your neck, waist, and hips, which are good general indicators of your overall body fat loss. Keep up the good work!

  3. I don't think you should be too stressed - if your happy with the way you are then you should be fine.

But if you still want to lose weight then you should ask at your gym if there are any other ways to do so then working out, but the best advice I can give you is to keep on eating healthily and keep working out.

    Hope this helps =]
