My boss asked me to set up an appointment with a client. i need ideas for what to say in the email.?

the appointment is for next wednesday at 1pm at the olive garden. my boss will be taking along an assistant manager to share her ideas for the new project they are planning. help i have terrible writer's block.

    Mr. (bosses name) would like to meet with you at the Olive Garden Restaurant at (give address) on Wednesday (give date) at 1:00 pm.  Mr/Ms (give name) will accompany Mr (bosses name again).  We will discuss your ideas for the new project at this time.  

    If this date and time isn't convenient for you please contact us and let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  2. I used to be a marketing assistant and I had something like this saved as an email. I would just copy and paste it when I needed to do appointment setting.

    Good (morning/afternoon). (Your boss) and (his/her assistant) would like to request an appointment with you for (day) the (date); 1pm at The Olive Garden located at (address). If this works for you, please RSVP to this email address at your earliest convenience.
