My boss doesn't seem to like/respect/think I'm capable? Or am I too sensitive? New in law office?

Well, I do realize that I am sensitive, and probably insecure in this brand new line of work, but it seems like I've taken it on and really done pretty well. Be here 1 year next month. They even took me downtown when the firm merged. He's hot & cold
