My boss has a blackberry curve. The all volume sef adjusts and we need to turn that off.?

We have tried resetting the default volume settings that that does not work. What else can we do to turn off that feature?

from home screen

press call button (green)

press menu button (bb logo)

scroll to options, click trackball

scroll to general options, click trackball

scroll to default call volume, click trackball (set your default volume)

--------------------------------------...

scroll to enhance call audio, click trackball (set it to normal)

you are done....

wait i'm confused? so your saying the blackberry volume won't turn down? well if your on a phonecall click the side button and it should turn down...if you mean it wont turn down like you dontt want ringtones to play at all

1. if you have the regular theme go to profiles, click vibrate/silent...if you have a different one click the button directly left the trackball and go to the profiles button and click vibrate/silent.

if you just wanna turn the volume down

1. go to profiles button

2.go all the way down to advanced...

3. click on normal (it should say active beside it)

4.go down to SMS text, click on it

5. go down to volume and change it to a lower level, and go down to the second one that says volume and do the same.

6. hit the button directly right of the trackball

7. go to phone

8. and do the same with the volume
