My boss is jealous because I'm pregnant, She can't have children. Why is she being so mean?

I just couldn't take it anymore this morning...She was being very petty and made some stupid accusations. So I went to the owner of the company. To top it all off, I have a sinus infection, I haven't missed any work due to this pregnancy, so you think she'd be glad, but instead she's a mega snatch to me.

you cant get pregnant, and seeing someone pregnant all the time,maybe just avoid her from now on,but the owner should not had said that, that's not professional

She has no right to treat you this way.  Throwing it in her face???  What are you supposed to do, suck in your belly?  You were right to talk to the owner.  Don't let her push you around.  If she is jealous, that is her problem.  You just be as sickeningly sweet as you can.  Good luck w/ the mega bi***!

I am glad you confided in your boss about this bullying.

Even if she is jealous of you that is no excuse for bullying you.

If it continues then face her and tell her straight to leave you alone, stop bullying or you will make a formal complaint.

And if the bullying does continue then you must put a complaint in writing to the owner immediately.

It is not your fault she cannot have kids.

i would say something to her. it is not your fault she cant get pregnant. if she is not going to respect you, than stay away from her. you do not need anyone bringing you down. you need to be feeling great for your baby!

Really, based on what you said here, you don't sound very nice either....maybe you are being btchy or throwing it in her face w/ out realizing it.

man, when you get pregnant jealousy rears its ugly head everywhere. I know I wasn't trying to get pregnant but a girl in my office was but her husband didnt want more kids. so when i got pregnant it was a big shock to her but she has been no less than great about it. it seems like your boss is too immature to be a boss. she has the right to be jealous but she needs to act professional and be happy for you.
