  1. Compile as much Evidence as you can video tape them talking take this to a soliciter

  2. seriously get him in a quiet corner where you know hes gonna start and tape everything he says on a voice recorder, maybe on your phone. are there cameras in the office? try filming him and then BUSTING his **** to the police ohhh it would be so SWEET!

  3. Tell your boss that you are a well respected professional woman, and that you will NOT take it lying down, and that you will sue him for all he has, and everything he's gonna have. If he doesn't leave you alone! By the way, don't quit. It shows your giving up. I think :S.

  4. Go with it, lead him on and when it gets to the point when he touches you and stuff wear a wire and record everything he says you'll have all the incriminating evidence you need against him to sue his butt and not have to work for the rest of your life!!! Man I wish I was a woman!!

  5. Find out what the labour laws and human rights laws are in your area.... does your boss own the company, or does he just work for it as well? I would suggest telling him if the harrassment doesn't stop, you will press charges. See what happens. No one should have to put up with harrassment at work.

In my region, the harrassment doesn't even have to be directed at you. If I was just standing there minding my own business, and someone next to me made a sexual comment or gesture towards someone else, i could charge them with harrassment just for doing it in my presence.

  6. video camera

or ure phoneit probably has a video in it

be like say something s**y to me and after words start recording

    hahhaha lmao :)

    Good luck!

  7. try and record him on tape, or phone, get plenty of evidence, then he cant say he didnt do anything

  8. blackmail ftw

  9. Tell him to stop If he doesn't, or fires you, sue him for sexual harassment!

  10. can you go to your boss's boss and explain to him/her what your boss is doing?  if not, go to the human resources department.  have you told your boss you don't like what he's doing?

  11. qo 2 tha cops or somethinq or tell somebody yurr boss is harrsinq you lol

    or the hard way...............QUIT! LMAO

  12. I would get a pocket recorder so when he comes around, you would have a record of it. Even use your cell phone as a recorder, with or without photo.

If he is the owner operator it would be harder, cause you can't get him fired.

But if you both work for a company he can be fired for this. You just have to have good evidence.

  13. well i would give in my job ..but you can tell him nicely to his face if you do that again ill report you and mean it..

  14. BE COURAGEOUS N BOLD

    DECIDE YOUR PRIORITY FIRST

IF U HAVE ENOUGH TALENT N SINCERE WORK CULTURE HABITS THEN SHOULD TRY JOB ELSEWHERE

  15. i had a great part time job in a pub. obviously some people can get a bit drunk, but the owner of the hotel used to sit at the bar and get pissed and one night made rude personal comments to me. so i poured his pint over his head and walked out.

obviously there was no one i could complain to or get help from so i had to leave, if you work for an established company there should be an Hr department or a union where they fight cases like this. tell your family as well. if not tell a senior who is above your boss or a female member of staff who is equal to him. in my case i was able to just leave but please remember you shouldn't have to stand for a pervert and why should u have to leave your brilliant job for a low life like him?

  16. simple.gather enough evidence against him/her then report it to your senior managers.

  17.

    tell him to stop

  18. You don't say what type of harassment it is. I would just tell him boldy what you think of him and his harassment, firstly in a polite manner, however hard that may be. Then each time get more annoyed. Eventually he should get the idea.

If he doesn't, you then have reason to speak to his boss so he/she can kick his ***.
