My boss keeps making passes at me....

I just don't know what I should do. He is old enough to be my father and I've told him to knock it off but he keeps making sexual advances towards me. I know its harassment but he owns the company. Do I just quit? If I do, is he going to do this again to somebody else? He needs to be stopped but how??

If you have told him a number of times knock it off & he hasn't, report him. Don't quit unless you feel that uncomfortable around him. And if you're afraid he'll fire you if you report him, he'll be in even more trouble if he does that. And, yes, he probably has & will again make advances to others. If you do quit because of his actions, make him pay for what he's doing to you & try to help others prevent getting treated like you have. Just because he's the owner does NOT give him the right to treat ANYONE in that way. NO MEANS NO ! It does not mean try again in a couple days or next week. It simply means NO !

You need to report him to the sexual harassment authorities. I don't have their phone number but I'm sure it can't be that hard to find.

You could sue him for sexual harassment, and probably win. That will probably be the only way to get him to quit.

Search for a new job immediately. And of course complain against him, don't let him go away with this.
