My boyfreind and I want to travel from texas to honduras twice a year but only has a passport, what do we do?

Is there a way to make it all legal to go back and forth, maybe get married, and see a lawyer or something, I need some advice.

who only has a passport? you or him? you're in the united states now, illegally and want to go to honduras? then come back?

is that your question?... if that's what it is, yes you can go to honduras from texas but if you were here illegally, you will not be allowed back in. if one of you is a united states citizen then yes you can get married so the other person becomes legal. but that is a long and expensive process. i suggest going to an inmigration lawyer.
