i mean he really didnt do anything and the state of indiana is trying to get him for criminal transpassing which the property he transpassed on is at his own house and for intimatdation and with that he supposely intimated his mother but shes not pressing chargers the state is. im just scared that i will lose him and i dont want to but he really didnt do anything wrong what do you think his punishment is going to be ? and do you think that if he would ask the judge to give him more time on his probation then putting him back to jail. he had to do 2.5 years of parole and 2.5 years of probation hes done with the parole and did like 6 months already of his probation so all together he already did 4 years of prison and 3 years of being on parole then probation

  1. Criminal trespassing is not a major offense for someone with no background but after reading his prior few year history, expect revocation and the remainder to be served in state prison.

  2. What I think is that you are with a loser. His mom does not want him around, why do you? Dump the loser and find a guy with a job.

  3. The criminal trespass is not a big deal but the witness intimidation is a major problem.  Even if his mother is not pursuing the matter, for purposes of a probation/parole violation, simply getting arrested and having contact with the law is a basis to sentence him to the maximum confinement time.  You did not say what he is on supervision for so I can not tell you how much time he could serve.

He is entitled to a probation/parole violation hearing to determine if a violation occurred.
