  2. As long as he's a good father, he has a chance. And especially if this child's education is being compromised. I know our juvenile judge is very particular about education.

  3. Def yes...if hes not going to school like he should be the school will usually take the mother to court after he misses so many days!!!  He has to prove that his son is missing too much school and that its for no reason at all!!!!
