  1. I would say NO. Especially NOW, as demand is very high. I have shopped Honda's in the past when SUVs were selling well, and they were STILL not willing to discount them much at all.

Honda considers it distasteful to even use the word "sale" or "discount"

They have "fall event" or "summer event" to sell off excess stock.

  2. I doubt they will give you any special treatment.

they are selling so fast these days.

the best you can hope for is some free stuff

maybe oil changes/car washes or some credit at the gift shop

seriously Honda salesmen are not hurting like others

  3. If you do this right, you might be able to do it. But takes a bit of homework and patience.

First off find out about 15 dealers in your area for the Honda. Next find out the Internet Manager / Fleet Managers' contact details for those dealership.

Get in touch with them and politely request the Out the Door Price including EVERYTHING. Also ask for a breakdown of that price. You should do this by Phone or Email Only. If they make you come in, decline politely.

According to Cars.com, the invoice Price is $15062 for the Coupe with $670 Destination Charge. The Sedan Invoice is 15,246 with same Destination Charge.

Now given bellow is a link listing the Standard fees for each State. It also lists fees you should not pay.

Notice the Doc Fee for your State about half way down. Even if the dealer sells you at invoice, this is where he makes profit. Its negotiable amount. Especially in states where there is no cap.

Lastly you should inform the Internet Manager your intention to buy two and that you are getting quotes from their peers.
